ITIS, a class 1 medical device, is a monitoring platform structuring and improving exchanges between healthcare professionals for radiology and teleradiology examinations.
Multiple

Outsource urgent and/or scheduled examinations to private partner teleradiology structures to compensate for the lack of regional radiological resources

Outsource urgent and/or scheduled examinations to another facility within the same Regional Group of Hospitals to capitalize on regional radiological strengths

The ITIS solution allowed us to get out of an impasse, which was the lack of a radiologist. Today, we manage to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we manage to have a schedule of scheduled appointments for the scanner, we manage to have a care offer consistent with the population pool in very short time frames.
Patrice ROCQUEFORT
Healthcare Manager - Die Hospital Center
ITIS allowed us to structure the applicant-teleradiologist communication via a platform dedicated to this activity. A lot of work done by the Deeplink Medical team made it possible to best match the platform with our needs.
Matthieu CAPON
CEO - Télé Imagerie du Maine
For my part, I have been working with ITIS since its launch, our Hospital Center being one of the pilot centres. From the start, remote communication allowed us to carry out examinations that we postponed to the next day for night and weekend call periods. The last significant advance with ITIS was to be able to launch a request for examination from our ORBIS software allowing a guarantee on the identitovigilance with a transfer of the result of the radiological examinations directly in the computerized medical file of the establishment in which the patient is taken care of, thus avoiding a double manual entry guaranteeing in addition to the identitovigilance, the reduction of error and a saving of time.
Dr Stéphan COLLODET
Emergency Doctor - Saint Joseph-Saint Luc Hospital Center
Before the implementation of the ITIS platform and the interoperabilities, the radiographers sometimes had difficulty sending the examination requests or the images to the radiologists. Now, requests and images are sent to ITIS and the report is then directly available there. The interoperabilities put in place allow us a much smoother operation for our teams, there is no need to re-enter the patient identity, and the reports are sent directly to our local information system, this allows us to work in a more secure and simple way.
Fabien LARRIEU
IT Support Technician - Dax Hospital Center
Thanks to the installation of the ITIS platform and more particularly thanks to the setting up of the contextual call, our health professionals (radiographers, radiologists, etc.) now have access to a digital service without having to re-enter the information. on the patient in question. Identity vigilance is thus further strengthened and secured within our establishment. Returns of results in PDF format are integrated into our DPI, which allows easy consultation and traceability for health professionals.
Thomas PLANTARD
Responsible of the IT department - Bourg en Bresse Hospital Center
As part of our teleradiology activity, we use Deeplink Medical tools: ITIS, the teleradiology platform allowing the structuring of exchanges and medical information, as well as the DLMBox, DICOM server allowing us to receive the images produced by our partner requesting establishments. The implementation of the DLMBox allows us to quickly and securely receive images from the requesting establishments. It allows our radiologists to view these images on our own AGFA PACS (integration with any PACS). We have configured our PACS to delete these images after one week. The DLMBoxes allow the sharing of images of all types of examinations (MRI, scanner, x-rays) to strengthen collaboration between several healthcare establishments.
